Do you manage tenants?

Yes — we provide property management support.
We handle day-to-day tenant communication, issue triage, access coordination, routine inspections and maintenance management.
Rent is paid directly to the landlord — we don’t collect or hold tenant funds.

What types of properties do you manage?

We work with landlords and letting agents supporting single properties and portfolios, including flats, houses and HMOs.

How do you handle repairs and maintenance?

We log the issue, gather quotes where needed, agree costs with you before work starts, schedule trusted contractors and keep you updated with photos and progress notes until completion.

Do you offer emergency call-outs?

We can escalate urgent repairs quickly via trusted contractors. If you want priority handling, we can agree an emergency coordination add-on.

Do you carry out inspections?

Yes. We organise routine inspections and provide clear photo reports with notes, recommendations and an action plan for any repairs.

Do you collect rent or handle payments?

No. Rent is paid directly from the tenant to the landlord.
For maintenance works, contractors invoice the landlord (or agent) directly and you pay them directly — we don’t add mark-ups.

Do you hold client money?

No — we do not hold tenant funds. Rent is paid directly to the landlord.

Do you help with compliance?

Yes. We help arrange legally required safety checks through qualified partners and keep reminders, certificates and records organised (e.g., gas/electrical renewals and smoke/CO alarm checks).

What are your fees?
